HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
A valid debit or credit card is necessary when making a reservation. We accept cards issued by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your full card details are not stored with us but is handled externally by our payment provider Stripe.
When the booking is finalized you will receive an email.
REFUNDABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING
You can choose between two types of bookings. Refundable booking means that you can cancel your reservation free of charde until 6 p.m. on the day before the day of check-in. Your card is debited first at arrival. If you choose a non-refundable booking your card will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded in case of cancellation
CANCEL OR CHANGE BOOKING
On our booking page you can search for your booking by using your family name and booking number found in the booking confirmation. On this page you can check your booking and also make a cancellation. If you have made a refundable booking you can cancel your booking up until 6 p.m. the day before check-in. In case of late cancellation or no show, the first night will be charged.
To make a change to a current booking, cancel the existing one and make a new one. You can also call or e-mail us and we will help you out.
GROUP RESERVATION
If you intend to make a reservation of 4 rooms or more, or for more than a 7 days stay, please contact us to make the reservation as other booking conditions may apply. We reserve the right to alter or cancel any booking.
AGE LIMIT
To make a booking with us you will have to be at least 18 years of age. If you are a minor a parent will have to make a reservation and also contact us in advance.
General information
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in starts at 3 pm all days until any hour. If you like you can drop off luggage before check-in, let us know before arrival and you will have a code for the front door. If you want an early check-in let us know and we will see what we can do.
Self check-in: On the day of your arrival you will receive additional information and personal codes for self check-in via e-mail and text message. Our self check-in goes smooth and easy.
Check-out latest 11 am.
The reception is open all days 8-11 am.
CASHLESS HOTEL
The hotel is cashless. Payment on site can be made with credit and debet cards issued by Visa and MasterCard (also Electron and Maestro).
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served all days 8-10 am. It is possible to pre-book an earlier breakfast.
A NON-SMOKING HOTEL
The hotel is completely non-smoking. All areas are equipped with smoke detectors. This includes balconies and toilettes. Guest smoking will be billed 4000 SEK in sanitation costs. Alarm and call out from the fire department will be billed the guest.
IDENTIFICATION
Guests are obliged to show a valid identification card on arrival.
